Delivery & Fulfillment:
Sample orders will be prepared within 3–5 working days. Digital services (consulting/reports) are delivered via email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Refund Policy:
Sample and service fees are non-refundable once processed. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method in accordance with card network regulations.
